How long do NAILCISSIST press-on nails typically last?
With proper application using our professional-grade adhesive, your manicure can last up to 2 weeks. For short-term wear (1-3 days), we recommend using our temporary adhesive tabs.
Are your nail sets reusable?
Yes! Our premium nails are designed for durability. If you use adhesive tabs, they can be reused multiple times. If using glue, simply buff away the dried residue from the back of the nail to prepare them for their next wear.
How do I find my correct nail size?
We offer a comprehensive Size Guide on each product page. For the most accurate fit, we highly recommend purchasing a NAILCISSIST Sizing Kit before your first order to ensure your set fits perfectly from wall to wall.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened nail sets. However, if your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For our 'Hand-Painted' collections, please allow up to 7 business days for creation before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and preferred shipping method.
